The Community Council usually meet the first Wednesday in the month (excluding August) at 7pm, in the Council Chambers, Tydu Community Hall, Welfare Grounds, Tregwilym Road, Rogerstone, Newport, NP10 9EQ.  The next meeting  is at 7pm on the 1st of September 2010.  Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe proceedings (provided numbers do not exceed room capacity), but are not permitted to take part in the meeting. Written correspondence for the attention of Rogerstone Community Council should be addressed to the Clerk to the Council, Tydu Community Hall, Welfare Grounds, Tregwilym Road, Rogerstone, Newport, NP10 9EQ. Council Surgeries are held twice a year, on the first Wednesday of the month :  August and February, between 6pm-7pm  to enable residents to raise local concerns with the Community Council directly. The next Surgery will be held on Wednesday the 2nd February 2011 in the Council Chambers, Tydu Community Hall, Welfare Grounds, Tregwilym Road, Rogerstone, Newport.  A City Councillor and Community Councillors will be in attendance; refreshments will be available. Should you wish to contact the Councillors between the Surgery dates  you are welcome to make an appointment; please see the members & staff link on the left for contact details.

The Council are currently looking for an ice cream vendor to attend the grounds during the summer months, please click on information/update for further details.
