Bethesda Field

At a meeting of Rogerstone Community Council on the 4th  of March 2013, members resolved to dispose of Bethesda field to the highest bidder, who has asked for a gate to be erected in the fence at Bethesda Close, however this is not for construction access. For reasons of commercial confidentiality it is not possible to post additional information at the present time, but as soon as the matter is contractually committed full details will be posted on the website.

Minutes and documents relating to Bethesda Field were made  available (by appointment) for members of the public to view between Monday 17th September - Monday 24th of September 2012 inclusive.
 

 

The Chartered Surveying company, Rawlins & Madley, who will be marketing the Bethesda Field site are about to commence their marketing exercise. The property is scheduled to appear in the Western Mail on Saturday the 15th of September 2012 & also on the company’s website. The Council has been advised that the closing date for tenders is 26th October 2012. Click on minutes/forms/info. for a copy of the notice in the Paper.

 

The Community Council agreed at the July meeting that an independent legal view would be sought in respect of the development agreement for the field and its obligations on the parties now that a planning consent is in place.
