TAI CHI ON MONDAY
7.00pm – 9pm
Chi Kung is the ancient oriental art of bringing balance and grounding to the body. This is achieved by developing good postural alignment which is well grounded in the connections of the feet into the ground. The principles of alignment, grounding, relaxation and fluid movement have a profound calming and energising effect on those who practice the art with commitment. All the principles and benefits of Chi Kung are then expressed in, and further developed through, the practice of the Tai Chi sequence. For further information on practice contact: Bill James Registered instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.
