EXAMPLE AGREEMENT DO NOT FILL IN
To make a booking please email - rogerstonecc@gmail.com requesting a date & time (including setting up and cleaning up time as detailed in the agreement above). Once the booking is confirmed, the agreement form (specific to the booking) and the invoice will be emailed via Xero for payment in full.
Tydu Community Hall is available for private & business hire for various functions, such as children’s parties, music rehearsal, meetings, family celebrations etc. (Bookings subject to 2 hour minimum hire & all time required for setting up /clearing up/ time needed by entertainers etc. has to be included). No animals permitted in the hall at anytime.

Room combinations – Hall only, or Hall, Kitchen & Room, or Room & Kitchen. The Hall & Kitchen cannot be booked without the room.
Opening Times - The hall is available to hire subject to availability for private functions on weekends from 9am – 8pm for children’s bookings and 9am – 10pm for adult only bookings. All furniture is to be put back to original position, the facilities left clean, and the building vacated by the booked time. Weekdays the hall closes at 9pm for regular/occasional hire and 8pm for children's parties. (
Not available on any bank holidays).
10 day minimum notice required for all bookings & 14 days notice required for any changes/cancellations
*Business Rate is x2 the residents hourly rate below.
Regular activities take place at the hall during the week, however, there are a number of off peak day time slots available that may be suitable for your organisation/business/group – email: rogerstonecc@gmail.com for information.
Hire is for rooms in the hall only and does not include the Welfare Grounds. The Grounds are closed to everyone at the advertised times (see community grounds tab), when the grounds are closed, the car park remains open during hall hire only and the gate is locked immediately after.
